Senior Ad Creative Designer

Netflix

Netflix is one of the world's leading entertainment services, with over 300 million paid memberships in over 190 countries enjoying TV series, films and games across a wide variety of genres and languages. Members can play, pause and resume watching as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, and can change their plans at any time.
The Role
At the end of 2022, we launched a new ad-supported tier to offer our members more choice in how they consume their content. Our ad-supported plan allows us to attract new members at a lower price point, while also creating a compelling path for advertisers to reach audiences that are deeply immersed and invested in Netflix content.
To help us deliver this compelling experience, we’re looking for a highly ambitious, visionary, and experienced Senior Ad Creative Designer who will help shape Netflix’s ads consumer experiences for our users. This includes crafting innovative ad formats tailored to our wide variety of content and experiences, innovating within our existing ad canvases, and creating the future of advertising on Netflix.
You will also partner closely with other product designers working across our various member experience teams to deliver a delightful, engaging, and highly relevant Ads experience for our Netflix members.
This will be a remote-friendly role, with the freedom to set a flexible work-from-home schedule. This role would be best for candidates located in California or in the Pacific time zone, as semi-regular travel will be required to collaborate with stakeholders and partners in Los Angeles, Los Gatos, and New York. That said, we can always make exceptions in location for the right candidate.
