Part-Time TikTok LIVE Creator Manager (Remote | 2–3 Hours Per Day)

Next Gen Agency is hiring a motivated and growth-focused TikTok LIVE Creator Manager to help scale and support creators on TikTok LIVE.

This is a remote, part-time position requiring approximately 2–3 hours per day.

Role Overview

As a Creator Manager, you will be responsible for helping TikTok LIVE creators grow their audience, increase engagement, and scale their live-stream revenue. You will receive direct training from the CEO of Next Gen Agency. Initial training takes approximately 3–7 days (a few hours total) and will cover TikTok LIVE strategy, monetization systems, and creator management fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Learn how TikTok LIVE works and how to scale creator revenue
• Meet with newly recruited creators to onboard them
• Help creators get started on LIVE and optimize their setup
• Provide feedback, performance insights, and strategic advice
• Guide creators on growth, monetization, and consistency
• Maintain professional consulting-style meetings during scheduled call times
• Allow creators to book meetings within your set availability

Growth Opportunity

Creator Managers may also recruit their own creators and leads. Managers can earn commission on the revenue generated by the creators they personally bring in, creating significant earning potential beyond base compensation.
