Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media & Content Assistant to join our dynamic remote team. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within Singapore. You will play a crucial role in supporting our social media and content marketing efforts, helping to execute strategies, create engaging content, and monitor performance across various digital platforms. This role is ideal for an individual with a passion for digital storytelling, a keen eye for detail, and a desire to grow their career in a leading global agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of social media content calendars and strategies.
- Draft, edit, and schedule engaging posts across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, etc.).
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to inform content creation.
- Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities, respond to comments and messages, and identify user-generated content.
- Support the creation of compelling written and visual content, including blog posts, articles, infographics, and short-form videos.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, PR, analytics) to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.
- Assist in tracking and reporting on social media performance metrics, identifying key trends and areas for improvement.
- Maintain an organized library of content assets and brand guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and technologies.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
- Basic knowledge of content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Prior internship or assistant-level experience in social media, content marketing, or digital marketing.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Google Analytics).
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills.
