Infrastructure Support - $120K

Our client is a leading (and growing!) hedge fund - At the cutting edge of financial technology, leading trading strategies and AI and automation.

They’re growing in New York and looking to hire an experienced Infrastructure Support Engineer.

You’ll have the chance to work across the design, build, deployment and support of the entire infrastructure – Windows / Wintel, VMware, Hyper-V, Azure, Cisco networking and Active Directory etc.

You’ll have real ownership over the IT estate and a lot of freedom in terms of how you work. You’ll be key in projects across cyber security, automation and cloud migrations.

Experience working in finance is NOT REQUIRED.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Infrastructure Engineer / Systems Administrator
• Good knowledge of Firewalls and network connectivity
• Strong knowledge of on-prem solutions - Skype for Business, Exchange etc
• Experience managing hybrid Active Directory
• Great knowledge across Windows, VMware, Hyper-V, Azure etc
• Ability to self-start, work proactively and take ownership of work
• Strong, broad understanding of IT support and infrastructure
• Good appreciation of security
• Experience of SaaS platforms is ideal
