Our platform offers advanced futures trading capabilities, including AI-powered 300 SPARTANS trading bots for automated, high-precision strategies. We combine a user-focused interface with transparent risk management, empowering traders to navigate the fast-moving digital asset markets with confidence.
As our Senior Content Manager, you won't just be writing articles; you will be architecting the narrative of OneBullEx. You will sit at the heart of the Growth Team, turning complex blockchain concepts into viral, high-converting content that educates our users and builds a massive global community.
Core Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Roadmap

• Own the end-to-end content roadmap across our blog, social channels (X, Telegram, LinkedIn), and email newsletters.
• Ensure all content aligns with broader business objectives and platform milestones.
  

Brand Voice & Narrative

• Define and maintain a consistent, authoritative, yet accessible voice for OneBullEx.
• Act as the primary gatekeeper for brand storytelling across all digital touchpoints.
  

Growth Integration

• Collaborate with SEO and Performance Marketing to create content that ranks, converts, and retains users.
• Utilize data-driven insights to optimize content performance and user acquisition funnels.
  

Market Agility

• Stay ahead of crypto trends to produce timely commentary on market movements, DeFi, and exchange features.
• Rapidly translate market shifts into engaging content that provides value to our trading community.
  

Creative Leadership

• Manage external contributors and designers to produce high-quality multimedia content.
• Oversee the creative process to ensure visual and written elements are perfectly synchronized.
  

Requirements
Experience & Expertise

• Elite Storyteller: 5+ years of experience in content marketing, with at least 2 years specifically in the Web3 or FinTech space.
• Crypto Native: You "live on-chain" and possess a deep understanding of exchange dynamics, trading psychology, and the latest industry trends.
  

Analytical Mindset

• Growth-Minded: You use data to decide what to write and obsess over engagement metrics and conversion rates.
• Ability to pivot strategies based on performance data and community feedback.
  

Communication & Environment

• Global Mindset: You excel in a fast-paced, remote environment and can communicate effectively with a diverse global team.
• Native-level or professional fluency in English with exceptional writing and editing skills.

• Multimedia Skills: Experience producing video scripts, podcasts, or infographics to diversify content formats.
• Community Management: Prior experience growing and engaging large-scale Telegram or Discord communities.
