We are seeking a Data Analyst, based out of our Milpitas office, who is passionate about using data to drive decisions, uncover insights, and shape products that transform how people experience financial wellness. What you will do…

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, operations, and customer teams to gather requirements, design analytical solutions, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Leverage SQL and Python to query, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets, identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate with data engineers in designing, validating, and maintaining ETL processes and data pipelines to ensure integrity, quality, and observability.
  • Design and build dashboards and compelling visualizations using Sigma Computing, Tableau, or other BI tools to enable stakeholders to make informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Support performance analytics and tracking efforts, creating metrics that measure product adoption, customer success, and business growth—and present findings in cross-functional meetings.
  • Partner with data engineers, data scientists, and product managers to develop data products, predictive models, and ML/AI-powered analytics.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders, translating technical findings into clear, impactful insights.
  • Stay on top of emerging technologies in analytics, ML/AI, and cloud computing (familiarity with Snowflake and AWS SageMaker is a strong plus).
  • Maintain clear and consistent documentation, dictionaries, and KPI definitions to ensure a single source of truth across the company.


What you need…

  • 2+ years of experience in data analytics or a closely related role.
  • Bachelor's degree in quantitative discipline – Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven proficiency in SQL and Python with experience in data transformation, wrangling, and analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with business intelligence and visualization tools (Sigma Computing, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI).
  • Experience designing, validating, and maintaining ETL processes and data pipelines.
  • Exposure to machine learning concepts and tools (AWS SageMaker or equivalent) is a plus.
  • Experience in SaaS, B2B software, or high-growth startups; financial technology or healthcare industry experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. A proactive, curious, and detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
