About the Team

You'll join our global E-Commerce team — a group of ambitious, collaborative specialists focused on driving digital performance, enhancing customer experience, and building the foundation for scalable, data-driven growth. We experiment boldly, support each other, and work cross-functionally to push boundaries and turn ideas into measurable impact.

What You'll Do

Lead a structured A/B testing and CRO program to increase overall conversion rate through UX, product page, and checkout optimisation.

Own the full digital customer journey end-to-end, identifying friction points and implementing solutions that streamline the path to purchase.

Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to build a strong organic foundation and reduce reliance on paid advertising.

Create and optimise automated marketing workflows, including email sequences, abandoned cart flows, and revenue-driving lifecycle campaigns.

Implement robust analytics, tracking, and performance reporting to provide clear visibility on funnel health, ROI, and channel efficiency.

What You'll Bring

Several years of hands-on ecommerce experience managing high-growth online stores, ideally within home improvement or outdoor-living categories.

Strong CRO capabilities with experience in A/B testing, UX principles, and conversion optimisation tools.

Solid technical and strategic SEO knowledge across content, technical setup, and organic growth frameworks.

Advanced proficiency in analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), funnel measurement, and data-driven decision-making.

Technical fluency with HTML/CSS, Shopify (including Flow, Scripts, and Apps), and marketing automation platforms such as Klaviyo.
