Role and Responsibilities

As a Sales Floor Associate, you will assist customers, promote USPS products and services, and support daily retail operations. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth front-line service delivery and maintaining a professional, organized retail environment.

  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service at the retail counter
  • Assist customers with purchasing stamps, packaging, and mailing services
  • Promote USPS products, services, and mailing options to customers
  • Operate point-of-sale systems to complete retail transactions accurately
  • Restock supplies and maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor
  • Answer customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a courteous manner
  • Support daily operational procedures and adhere to USPS service standards

Required Skills and Experience

  • Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems or retail software tools
