Recruiting and Staffing Consultant

PrideStaff, with locations in Roseville and West Sacramento is looking for a Recruiting and Staffing Consultant to join our team! This position involves working with fellow staff in the interest of overall success in further growing our business, fostering relationships and servicing candidates as well as clients. This individual will perform activities representative of PrideStaff and our core values to identify candidates who could be a great fit for the clients we work with in Sacramento, Placer County and neighboring areas.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
• On-board new employees
• Implement company culture, values and policies
• Provide management with requested reports and documents
• Communicate effectively with candidates and clients alike
• Prioritize daily activity and tasks consistently
• Utilize systems and processes in place
• Assist with processing payroll, administering drug screens, as well as other compliance processes.

Qualifications and Desirable Characteristics

• Previous experience in Sales, Service and business operations is most desireable
• Positive, personable attitude and energy
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Typing skills of 45 wpm+
• Ability to build rapport with all employees, as well as client contacts
• Strong organizational skills
• Must be detail-oriented.
• Strong Ability to multi-task and re-prioritize throughout the day.
• Must be comfortable and able to work with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to juggle multiple phone calls and situations simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bilingual (Spanish) skills are highly desirable

PrideStaff hiring criteria-

Must be at least 18 years old

Able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States

Must be able to provide at least 2 professional references from recent supervisors, managers, or person/s who have overseen you in the workplace.
