Who We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a creative and ambitious graphic designer to support our expanding design needs as the Proceive® brand continues to grow across the Ireland, the UK and USA. As our presence scales across retail, eCommerce and Amazon, so do the creative assets required to support that growth. From scroll-stopping social creative and performance ads to science-led infographics and in-store retail displays, no two days will be the same. You will play an important role in bringing the brand to life across multiple channels while developing your skills within a fast-paced, commercially driven environment.
Location: This full-time position, based in our head office in Sandyford, Dublin
Key Responsibilities
Digital & Social Content Creation
- Design assets for paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit and YouTube
- Create engaging social media content aligned with brand guidelines
- Support the development of short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, paid formats)
- Assist with creative variations for testing and performance optimisation
eCommerce & Amazon Assets
- Design graphics for Shopify landing pages and email campaigns
- Support the creation of Amazon A+ content and digital product visuals
- Develop clear, compelling visual content that supports conversion
Educational & Brand Content
- Create infographics and visual assets to help communicate complex scientific information clearly
- Support blog and authority-building content with strong visual storytelling
- Ensure all assets reflect the premium, science-led positioning of Proceive®
Retail & Print Support
- Assist with the design of retail materials including POS, leaflets and event collateral
- Support the development of PowerPoint decks and training materials for healthcare professionals
Brand Consistency & Collaboration
- Work closely with the Brand, eCommerce and Amazon teams to deliver high-quality creative
- Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints
- Contribute ideas and creative input while developing commercial understanding
The skills & experience you’ll need
Who you are:
- You have strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- You have experience with After Effects or short-form video editing (Reels, TikTok, paid social formats)
- You understand how to design for digital platforms and attention spans
- You have a good understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint
- You are highly organised with effective filing systems and strong attention to detail
- You can respond positively and calmly to shifting priorities and timelines
- You are commercially curious and interested in how creative impacts performance
- You have a keen eye for aesthetics and care about maintaining high brand standards
- You are passionate about women’s health, storytelling and content creation
- You are a team player who is happy to roll up your sleeves and collaborate
Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a related field
- 1–2 years’ experience in a design role or a strong recent graduate with a compelling portfolio
- Experience creating short-form video content for social platforms is highly desirable
- Fluency in English required
