Social Media Manager / Creative Strategist (gn)
Product PulseThe company is an innovative player in the streetwear scene and is now seeking a highly autonomous Social Media Manager to lead, scale, and energize its Instagram presence. Your main mission: take their Instagram from 500k followers to 1M+ — using nothing but killer organic content and bold strategy. No paid ads, no influencer deals, no blog or SEO distractions. Just pure, creative social media work.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the brand's social media strategy, with a laser focus on Instagram
- Develop, execute, and continuously improve organic growth initiatives and creative campaigns
- Work independently — you set the tactics, drive the calendar, and deliver results
- Closely collaborate with marketing and creative teams, but operate with high autonomy
- Analyze performance, iterate fast, and celebrate wins when targets are smashed
- 3-5+ years' proven experience in social media/content/creative strategy, ideally for D2C brands (streetwear or related verticals a plus)
- Demonstrable track record of scaling Instagram accounts (minimum 700k, ideally 1M+ followers) through organic content
- Portfolio of successful campaigns and channel growth — show us your results!
- Highly structured and self-driven (no “clock-watcher” mentality)
- Able to operate remotely, independently, and efficiently
- Deep understanding of youth culture, trends, and the streetwear landscape
- English fluent, strong communication skills
- 100% remote role (Europe, Middle East, or similar timezones preferred)
- Full-time contract (employment or B2B/freelance basis)
