Duties & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI models and algorithms tailored to real estate applications such as property valuation, predictive analytics, and customer behavior analysis.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into existing platforms and workflows.
- Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and improve model accuracy and performance.
- Maintain and optimize AI systems to ensure scalability, reliability, and compliance with industry regulations.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and real estate market trends to recommend innovative solutions.
- Document AI development processes and provide technical support and training to team members.
Education & Training
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Relevant certifications in AI, machine learning, or data analytics (e.g., TensorFlow Developer Certificate, AWS Certified Machine Learning)
- Training in real estate technology platforms and data management systems is advantageous
- Continuous professional development in emerging AI technologies and regulatory compliance related to data privacy and real estate transactions
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and natural language processing techniques
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and experience with AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Knowledge of real estate market dynamics, property valuation models, and transaction processes
- Familiarity with data privacy laws and ethical considerations in AI applications within real estate
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to evolving technologies
