About the Opportunity:

A fast-growing internet retailer specializing in high quality, discount kitchen cabinets is expanding the Design Team to meet demand for products and design services. The role focuses on kitchen design with remote opportunities available in many, but not all, of the continuous 48 states. Local candidates in the Tampa Bay area are also encouraged to apply. New designers receive paid training.

Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships by interacting with customers seeking kitchen designs via phone and email

• Sell kitchen cabinets professionally and timely; knowledgeable in cabinets and kitchen design for sales over phone and internet

• Create vibrant design packages and quotes with attention to detail using 2020 Design software

• Handle general phone calls generating leads and provide excellent customer service promptly

Requirements:

• Associates Degree minimum; Bachelor’s Degree preferred

• 5+ years in kitchen design with portfolio

• Expert proficiency in 2020 Design Software

• Previous phone and online customer service experience

• Strong communication skills; detail-oriented in English speaking and writing

• Professional demeanor with excellent follow-up and closing skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat

• Commitment to excellent customer experience

• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus

Compensation:

• Starting salary of $60,000 in the first year
