- Document the details of each member's distress promptly and accurately while ensuring their immediate safety
- Maintain a compassionate and composed demeanor during high-intensity calls
- Relay critical information to internal and external teams to expedite the dispatching process
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth operation of Emergency Roadside Service
- Prior customer service experience; call center experience is preferred
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume call environment and provide exceptional customer service
- Advanced computer skills with the ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems
- Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish
- Comprehensive understanding of maps, GPS systems, and traffic safety rules
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Outlook
- Demonstrated ability to uphold productivity and confidentiality in a remote setting
