What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Field incoming calls from members requiring emergency roadside assistance, including services such as towing, locksmith, fuel, and minor mechanical issues
• Document the details of each member's distress promptly and accurately while ensuring their immediate safety
• Maintain a compassionate and composed demeanor during high-intensity calls
• Relay critical information to internal and external teams to expedite the dispatching process
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth operation of Emergency Roadside Service
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Prior customer service experience; call center experience is preferred
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume call environment and provide exceptional customer service
• Advanced computer skills with the ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish
• Comprehensive understanding of maps, GPS systems, and traffic safety rules
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Outlook
• Demonstrated ability to uphold productivity and confidentiality in a remote setting
