📝 Rquirements

• Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to multitask and maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
• Familiarity with food, wine, and beverage service standards is advantageous.
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible availability for varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

👩‍💻👨‍💻 Your responsibilities are

• Warmly welcome guests, provide menus, and explain menu items and daily specials.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly and professionally.
• Anticipate guests needs, respond swiftly, and ensure their satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
• Effectively communicate with kitchen and bar staff for precise and timely order fulfillment.
• Keep dining areas, side stations, and service areas tidy and organized.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation protocols as well as the companys service standards.
• Handle payment transactions, whether cash or credit, and balance checks at the end of your shift.
• Assist teammates with table setup, clearing, and restocking tasks as necessary.
• Embody company values of hospitality, collaboration, and guest care.
