Preference will be given to applicants currently residing in Hawaii due to the nature of the job requirements.Responsibilities:• Deliver technical support for digital imaging systems and ancillary software used in radiology departments.• Conduct system testing and maintenance to ensure reliability and functionality.• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including diagnostic reading stations, and coordinate repairs with vendors as needed.• Collaborate with clinical teams to identify workflow improvements and implement quality assurance measures.• Perform remote troubleshooting and repair of software-related problems across multiple healthcare facilities.• Analyze system performance and provide proactive recommendations to enhance stability and efficiency.• Provide training and guidance to staff on the use and troubleshooting of technical systems.• Manage asset inventory and ensure proper documentation of IT resources.• Assist in network troubleshooting and maintenance, including VPN and firewall configurations.• Support software updates, patches, and system upgrades to maintain compliance and functionality.
