IT Support Temp

We are looking for a detail-oriented IT Support specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Jericho, New York. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience providing technical assistance to both onsite and remote employees. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations by managing hardware rollouts and troubleshooting software issues.Responsibilities:• Assist with the deployment of 200 laptops, ensuring proper setup and configuration.• Provide technical support for Microsoft Windows 10 and 11, Office 365, and Apple iOS devices.• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues promptly and efficiently.• Support mobile device management using Intune and other MDM technologies.• Respond to help desk requests and deliver solutions for both remote and onsite users.• Collaborate with team members to address IT concerns and maintain smooth operations.• Handle coverage for remote offices, including early and late shifts when necessary.• Conduct system checks and verify functionality of new equipment.• Ensure compliance with company policies and security protocols when handling IT tasks.• Participate in in-person team interviews and contribute to the onboarding process.
