Location : Dix Hills, NY

Schedule : Monday – Friday | 8 : 00AM to 4 : 00PM

Hours : 40 hours per week

Position Summary

The Residential Security Officer provides a safe and secure environment for residents, guests, and staff within a luxury residential property. This role requires prior residential or high-end security experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to maintain a professional, welcoming presence while enforcing building policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Control access to the building, verifying resident and visitor credentials
• Enforce guest access and visitor management policies in accordance with residential protocols
• Conduct patrols of common areas and building perimeters
• Monitor CCTV, access control systems, and security alarms
• Respond professionally to incidents, resident concerns, and service requests
• Maintain accurate daily activity logs and incident reports
• Communicate effectively with management and the Operations Desk

Requirements

• Valid NYS Security Guard License – Preferred
• At least 1 year of residential security experience – Required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to remain alert, dependable, and responsive
