About The Role

The role is a full-time, client-focused position dedicated to supporting Seer's client team with a primary emphasis on Search Engine Optimization (SEO). The successful candidate will act as an extension of the client's team, providing assistance in both scheduled and spontaneous initiatives that enhance the SEO program. This position involves collaboration across various departments including Marketing, Product, Design, and Engineering to develop and implement SEO strategies aligned with business needs. The role requires up to 20% travel for on-site client engagement in the Northeast Metro Area. It is dependent on a contractual agreement with a single client, with an initial term through 2026 and potential renewal. The position offers an opportunity to contribute directly to client growth and transformation efforts, leveraging SEO best practices and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in digital growth marketing
  • At least 5 years of experience designing and managing brand campaigns
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Design, and Engineering
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and SEO tools
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
  • Effective communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research and develop keyword mapping strategies
  • Optimize website content to ensure SEO compatibility and high ranking
  • Perform ad hoc analysis, generate reports, and present findings to stakeholders
  • Participate in and contribute to client and internal meetings, including product and analytics sessions
  • Execute quality assurance checks to ensure successful content launches
  • Implement updates within Content Management Systems, maintaining content accuracy and SEO standards
  • Own project timelines, actively managing dependencies and stakeholder expectations to ensure timely delivery
  • Support content publishing efforts, including updating pages and adding snippets to improve SEO performance
  • Identify opportunities to optimize poorly ranking pages for high-value keywords
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support SEO initiatives and strategic growth
