Job Description
  • Drive data analytics initiatives to support the growth and performance of Shopee Choice.
  • Analyze sales trends, user behavior, and campaign performance to identify actionable insights and business opportunities.
  • Build dashboards and reporting tools to monitor key metrics and track progress against targets.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses and present clear recommendations to guide business and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Strategy, Marketing, Warehouse Operations, Sourcing, and Regional teams to execute growth initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Marketing, Finance, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
  • Experience in business/marketing analytics, business intelligence, or analytics roles (e-commerce or tech industry is a plus).
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel; Experience with SQL is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
  • Data-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
