This is a full-time position with a mix of in-office work and travel/on-site work. The Technical Services Specialist is a partner and customer-facing role which combines technical expertise with caring white-glove support and follow-up that champions our brand. During the warmer months, the job is almost entirely done while traveling from site to site and will require flexibility for occasional long days.

The responsibilities will include

• Collaborate with sales team. Sales=service=sales.
• Lead pool startups - remote and in person – providing equipment expertise and caring customer education
• Equipment repair and trouble shooting as needed
• Network with local and national service companies to form strategic partnerships that drive our business forward and expand sales and customer support
• Assist sales team on customer and partner phone/zoom calls to provide technical information and assistance that ultimately will result in sales or partnerships
• Manage vehicle inventory and submit warranty claims for replacement items
• Work with subcontractors to answer questions on site, via phone, or over email
• Travel as needed within the US to provide in-person technical support to Soake sales representatives (10-20% of role)
• Manage and attend pool deliveries within New England as the Soake Delivery Ambassador
• Collaborate with technical team to maximize customer experience and company

• Attend weekly team meetings (in person or via Zoom)
