Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media Moderator to join our remote team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of social media platforms, and the ability to maintain a positive brand image online.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring social media channels for mentions of our clients' brands.
- Responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Identifying and escalating negative comments or potential crises.
- Creating engaging content for social media platforms.
- Analyzing social media performance and reporting on key metrics.
- Staying up-to-date on social media trends and best practices.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
- Experience with social media management tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience with social media advertising.
- Experience working with a variety of clients.
- Knowledge of Finnish language is a plus
