Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media Moderator to join our remote team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of social media platforms, and the ability to maintain a positive brand image online.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitoring social media channels for mentions of our clients' brands.
  • Responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identifying and escalating negative comments or potential crises.
  • Creating engaging content for social media platforms.
  • Analyzing social media performance and reporting on key metrics.
  • Staying up-to-date on social media trends and best practices.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
  • Experience with social media management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience with social media advertising.
  • Experience working with a variety of clients.
  • Knowledge of Finnish language is a plus
