The Inbound Service & Sales Specialist will be the first point of contact for prospective and current customers. You will handle incoming inquiries, qualify leads, provide information about our services, and help guide potential clients through the initial stages of the sales funnel. This role is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, organized, and confident in converting interest into appointments.

You will handle incoming inquiries, qualify leads, provide information about our services, and help guide potential clients through the initial stages of the sales funnel. Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound phone calls, web form submissions, chat, and emails in a timely and professional manner
- Understand and communicate the features and benefits of our epoxy flooring solutions
- Qualify inbound leads and schedule appointments with estimators or sales reps
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions using our CRM system
- Follow up with leads who have requested information but have not yet booked
- Assist with rescheduling or general customer service requests
- Work closely with the sales and operations team to ensure a smooth customer experience
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer support or inbound sales role
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple communication channels (calls, emails, chats)
- Familiarity with CRMs and remote support tools (e.g., HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Slack, Zoom)
- Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-oriented
- Reliable internet and a quiet work environment

- Must be available during US business hours (Eastern or Central Time preferred)
- $1,500/month USD (contract basis)
