Cancer Center Building Operations & Project Manager

Job Summary

The Building Operations Manager for the Upstate Cancer Center is responsible for coordinating and managing building operations and assigned special projects, including project planning, tracking deliverables, and communicating status to stakeholders. This role collaborates with source owners and end users to develop project plans that define timelines, tasks, and milestones, and works closely with multiple hospital departments.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and two years of experience in building operations or an Associate's degree and four years of experience in building operations. Ability to demonstrate highly developed organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills; project and building management skills; interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred experience in a healthcare environment
