Associate Director, AI Program Management

📍 Hybrid – Waltham, MA | ⏳ 6+ Month Contract | 🕒 40 hrs/week

Seeking a seasoned Program Management leader to drive an enterprise-wide AI initiative within a biotech organization. This role will own the end-to-end AI program roadmap, governance, and cross-functional execution in partnership with Legal, IT, R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, and Commercial teams.

Key Focus

• Lead and execute integrated AI program strategy and roadmap
• Drive cross-functional governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment
• Translate executive AI vision into actionable workstreams and measurable outcomes
• Lead change management and adoption of AI tools across the organization
• Ensure compliance with GxP, data privacy, and regulatory standards

Requirements

• 8+ years of program management experience (biotech/pharma preferred)
• Strong cross-functional leadership and executive communication skills
• Understanding of drug development lifecycle
• Exposure to AI initiatives or strong interest in generative AI
