Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow client social media accounts, increasing followers, engagement, reach, and conversions across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Design engaging graphics using Canva, edit videos with CapCut, and leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, MidJourney, etc.) to create high-quality, on-brand content that resonates with audiences.
  • Plan and schedule posts using social media management tools, ensuring consistency and optimal posting times.
  • Actively respond to comments, messages, and DMs on client accounts to build engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Track key metrics (follower growth, engagement rates, reach, ROI) and provide clients with clear, actionable performance reports.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, keeping them updated on campaign performance, results, and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum BSC
  • 3 years of previous experience in a similar role
