We are looking for a Security Specialist to join our team at Target.

The Security Specialist role is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests and team members. This includes:

• Creating a welcoming experience by greeting guests at the front of store.
• Promoting physical security culture by assessing and maintaining safe and secure standards throughout the store.
• Responding to security incidents in a timely manner and accurately documenting them.

The ideal candidate will have

• A welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.

The Security Specialist will be required to

• Climb up and down ladders.
• Apprehend subjects in accordance with company policy.
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely.
