Your Role as a Client Services Representative - Flexible Schedule (Automotive)

You will engage directly with clients to address inquiries, manage requests, and deliver outstanding customer support. Using both technology and a personal touch, you’ll provide knowledgeable, friendly assistance while helping customers resolve issues related to products, services, or transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers through phone, email, chat, or social media to resolve concerns
