Position overview

Step into the role of Healthcare Customer Service Representative, where your focus will be on delivering exceptional service and finding creative solutions to a variety of customer needs.

  • Address questions and concerns from customers by phone, email, chat, or social platforms
  • Stay calm and effective when resolving challenging or escalated issues
  • Refer complex situations higher up when necessary
  • Assist with requests, offer support, and process payments if needed
  • Accurately record all customer interactions for compliance and reporting
  • Provide feedback about caller concerns
  • Offer additional services when appropriate

Your ideal profile

  • Able to work from home as part of a digital team
  • Customer service experience of at least six months preferred
  • At least 18 years old
  • Typing speed of 25 words per minute or more
  • Completed high school or GED
  • Proficient with desktop computers
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and reasoning abilities
  • Comfortable navigating Windows operating systems
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
