About the Role

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a central role in assisting customers and solving a range of inquiries in creative and efficient ways.

  • Respond to customer questions or concerns via phone, email, chat, or social media platforms
  • Calmly resolve and de-escalate difficult situations
  • Escalate complex cases when needed
  • Manage requests, provide support, and process payments if required
  • Keep detailed records of all customer interactions for audit purposes
  • Share feedback on recurring issues
  • Upsell services when necessary

What you need to bring

  • Ability to work from home in a virtual team environment
  • Preferably at least six months of customer service experience
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Typing speed of 25 words per minute or more
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Comfortable with desktop computer systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Logical thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Understanding of Windows operating systems
  • Effective organization and ability to manage tasks

Requirements for Home Office

  • Minimum internet speed of 12.0 Mbps download and 3.0 Mbps upload
  • No packet loss and a ping under 50ms from your internet service provider
  • Proof of internet speed must be provided
  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace
