Job Responsibilities

  • Address customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, or social media
  • Calmly resolve and manage issues, escalating when needed
  • Assist with inquiries and handle payment processing
  • Document call-related details for audits and reports
  • Provide constructive feedback on call interactions
  • Achieve defined sales targets

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least six months of experience in customer service
  • Minimum age of 18
  • Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute
  • Experience with Windows-based computer systems
  • Customer service or sales background preferred
  • College degree is a plus but not mandatory
