Your Responsibilities
As a Technical Support Representative, you will tackle a variety of inquiries, issues, and concerns with innovative solutions.
- Offer first-level technical help to consumers
- Support high-speed internet services for clients and provide a top-notch customer experience
- Resolve technical issues within a fast-paced, customer-friendly environment
- Provide troubleshooting and resolution assistance for connectivity and performance issues
- Support client-specific internet services and devices with troubleshooting and necessary resolution techniques
- Deliver support for internet service and browser configuration issues
- Exhibit advanced product knowledge to resolve customer concerns
- Ensure the resolution of customer issues on the initial call whenever possible
- Operate and manage a trouble ticket system for user and network issues
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor
- Address and resolve technical problems efficiently and within scheduled time frames
- Follow all assigned work schedules and management directives
- Adhere to company policies
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 6 months of customer service experience
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to type 25 words per minute
- Familiarity with desktop computer systems and Windows-based operations
- Customer service or sales experience preferred
- A college degree is an advantage but not required

Work from Home Requirements
- Internet Requirements:
- Download speed of at least 25 Mbps
- Upload speed of at least 10 Mbps
- No packet loss and ping under 30ms
- Avoid Satellite, Mobile Data, P2P, or VPN connections
- Proof of internet details required
- Maintain a clean and quiet workspace
