Full Stack Developer (Onsite – Boston, MA)

Location: Boston, MA (onsite, no remote)

Clearance: U.S. Citizen, eligible for Secret or TS/SCI

What This Role Is All About:

This is an early engineering hire where you’ll own features end-to-end, work directly with users, and help shape the product from the ground up.

If you enjoy shipping quickly, operating in ambiguity, and having real influence over what gets built, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Build and ship full-stack features across React/Next.js and Django/Python
• Design APIs, data models, and backend integrations
• Deploy and operate services in AWS (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Work directly with real users to understand problems and iterate fast
• Help define product direction, engineering standards, and early team culture

What You Bring:

• Onsite in Boston, MA (or willing to relocate)
• Eligible and willing to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance
• 2–5 years of professional software engineering experience
• Experience shipping full-stack features in production
• Comfort with at least one modern frontend framework and one backend language
• Experience working with relational databases (Postgres, MySQL, etc.)
• Thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous startup environments
