Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center environment (preferred)

Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply

Working Hours

Flexible shifts available: Day and Evening options

*

5-day work week with 2 rotational days off

*

Must be available to work on weekends or holidays as per team scheduling
