Job Description

• Content Creation & Strategy: Ideate and produce engaging social media content aligned with the brand’s ethos of “covering hair, beauty, culture — better.”
• Audience Engagement & Growth: Expand audience reach through effective acquisition tactics.
• Event & Editorial Promotion: Promote brand participation in events and amplify website editorial work.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize paid programs for better outcomes.
• Trend Monitoring & Strategy Adjustment: Stay updated on social media trends and algorithm changes, suggesting strategic adjustments as needed.
• Collaboration & Communication: Meet weekly with the Editor-in-Chief (EIC) to review ongoing projects, address challenges, and receive feedback.
• This role requires the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
