Normal Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

Job Summary: The Assistant Manager of Audiovisual Support oversees the support for over 650 AV-enabled spaces and related services. Reviews and oversees updates to the installed rooms database. Coordinates audits of installed classrooms. Coordinates faculty training and develops guides for new AV-enabled spaces. Oversees the imaging, support, and maintenance of instructor computers installed in classrooms.

Additional Department Summary: Ensures prompt resolution of issues and provides oversight of HelpSpot, the AVS ticketing system, to support staff and students.

Required Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree and two (2) years of audio visual experience; OR bachelor's degree and four (4) years of audio visual experience; OR associate's degree and six (6) years of audio visual experience; OR high school diploma or GED and eight (8) years of audio visual experience.

Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications: Must have valid U.S. driver's license. Must be at least 19 years of age at time of hire and have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report that is in compliance with University policies. Applicants under the age of 21 will have some driving restrictions.

Skills and Knowledge: Demonstrated experience in customer support, with a strong understanding of audio/visual systems and computer technologies.
