Responsibilities
Respond to and resolve help desk tickets in a timely manner
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for end users
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
Assist with user account setup and access permissions
Perform routine system maintenance and updates
Document technical procedures and resolutions
Provide training and guidance on software applications and IT best practices
Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support when necessary
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical certification preferred
Experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and system maintenance
Knowledge of operating systems, networking, and common software applications
