We are a friendly, team-oriented 3PL fulfillment company located in Torrance, CA. Our environment is fast-paced, supportive, and focused on delivering excellent service to our clients. We are looking for a dependable, positive, and dedicated team player to join our Customer Service department.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Customer Service Representative with a strong background in 3PL and E-commerce operations. This role requires exceptional multitasking skills, heavy email correspondence, and the ability to manage a high-volume client base efficiently.

IMPORTANT – EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

A minimum of 5 years of 3PL Customer Service / E-commerce experience is REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

Manage and support a client base of 25–30 active accounts daily.
Handle high-volume order activity with accuracy and urgency.
Provide friendly, professional customer service through heavy email correspondence.
Troubleshoot and resolve client issues with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
Work closely with warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams.
Perform additional administrative or operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of 3PL Customer Service and E-commerce experience (required).
Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Dependable, self-starter mindset with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Positive team player with an excellent attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with email, order portals, and standard office software.
