Overview

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance our brand presence across various platforms.

This role requires a passion for storytelling through digital content, an eye for design, and the ability to engage with our audience in innovative ways.

  • Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms: Google Ads (AdWords), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and TikTok
  • Create engaging social media content and manage daily posting and community engagement
  • Optimize paid ad campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools
  • Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in digital marketing and emerging platforms
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and other team members to produce high-quality content

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and TikTok
  • Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, audience segmentation, and analytics
  • Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and TikTok Ads Manager
  • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not required)
  • Must be fully bilingual: English & Spanish (written and spoken)

Pay: $22.90 - $27.58 per hour
