  • *Position Overview

The AI Software Intern at UES will support the Integration & Innovation team by assisting with software development, data analysis, and artificial intelligence initiatives. This role provides hands‑on exposure to real‑world AI use cases, automation, and internal tool development within a professional services organization. The internship is designed to help students gain practical experience working with modern software tools while developing problem‑solving, analytical, and technical collaboration skills.

  • *Responsibilities
  • *AI & Software Support
  • Assist with the development and testing of internal software tools, scripts, and automation solutions.
  • Support AI‑related initiatives, including prototyping, data preparation, and evaluation of AI use cases.
  • Help analyze structured and unstructured data to support internal applications and reporting needs.
  • Assist with documenting workflows, technical concepts, and project outcomes.
  • *Technology & Systems Support
  • Collaborate with team members to support technology‑driven projects across departments.
  • Assist with testing and validating new tools, features, or system enhancements.
  • Conduct research on emerging technologies, AI platforms, and software best practices.
  • *General Administrative & Project Support
  • Provide administrative support related to technical projects, including organizing files, tracking tasks, and preparing summaries.
  • Assist with drafting internal documentation and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate across teams to support ongoing innovation initiatives.
  • *Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with social media platforms preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
