AI Voice Agent Developer for Healthcare - Full Time

We’re looking for an experienced Voice AI Agent developer to help us build a complete inbound voice AI solution using a workflow builder, similar to platforms like Vapi, Retell, or Bland AI.

This role requires end-to-end ownership from designing the conversation flows to integrating the AI with backend systems (if needed), ensuring the voice agent can handle real-world inbound calls effectively.

Ideal Candidate

Has hands-on experience with voice AI platforms that support workflow builders (e.g., Vapi, Retell, Bland AI, etc.)

Understands IVR, NLP, and call handling logic

Can build and test voice agents that handle inbound calls (not outbound)

Bonus: Prior experience in the healthcare industry (e.g., appointment booking, insurance verification, patient triage, etc.)

Project Goals

Build a fully functional inbound voice AI agent

Use a no-code/low-code workflow builder

Design intuitive voice flows (with fallback, transfer, escalation, etc.)

Ensure smooth voice-to-text and text-to-voice interactions

Optionally: Connect to third-party APIs or a CRM system (depending on use case)
