Fractional Technology Manager – AI and Workflow Expert (no-code/low code)

Remote (US-Based) | Part-Time

We are a fast-growing, tech-driven law firm specializing in litigation, toll-violation collections, and insurance defense. We rely on NetDocuments, DocuSign, CaretLegal, and Simplicity Collect to power high-volume operations and are expanding our automation and AI capabilities.

We’re seeking a fractional Technology Manager to architect, build, and optimize workflows, integrations, and AI solutions across the firm. This role is ideal for a technical builder who loves eliminating manual work and creating systems that scale.

What You’ll Do

• Build automated workflows using DocuSign Maestro, PowerForms, Assemblage, and NetDocuments automation
• Develop multi-step processes for filings, signatures, intake, settlements, reporting, and collections
• Deploy AI tools for extraction, summarization, classification, and predictive analytics
• Build Python/API-based automations for routing, tagging, batch processing, and document handling
• Integrate AI into NetDocuments and CaretLegal
• Administer NetDocuments, DocuSign, CaretLegal, and Simplicity Collect
• Manage user setup, permissions, and cross-platform integrations (APIs, Zapier/Make)
• Build dashboards/KPIs using CaretLegal and Simplicity Collect
• Automate litigation, collections, and financial reporting
• Train staff and roll out new systems and tools

What You Bring

• 3–7+ years in legal tech, automation engineering, or software development
• Strong experience with DocuSign Maestro and workflow automation
• Deep knowledge of NetDocuments and CaretLegal
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or SQL
• Experience with AI/ML and API-based tools
• Bonus: Simplicity Collect, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Zapier, Make.com
