Educational Aide - 5 hours weekly

U.S. Healthcare Services provides in-home based services to students throughout Pennsylvania who attend Charter School.

We are currently looking for a One-to-One Educational Aide to provide support services to a 9th grader near Cornwells Heights, PA. This opportunity will be in-person during the school day. Opportunities are for per-diem independent contract work that is flexible and convenient.

Pay: $20-$22/hr.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one assistance and encourage participation in live online sessions.
• Implement Positive Behavior Support Plans for student under direction of BCBA, Behavior Specialist, or other assigned behavioral therapist.
• Assisting with activities such as drill work, reading aloud, and story-telling.
• Preparing and setting up materials for student participation, following teacher direction.
• Alerting the teacher to any problems or special information about the student.

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Experience working with children
• Able to obtain clearances

Schedule

• Choose your own hours during the school day, 5 hours a week
• Monday to Friday, you pick the days you want to work!
