Director of Information Security

A company is looking for a Director of Information Security Engineering. Key Responsibilities Lead risk analysis and inspection of security tools and logs to uncover facts surrounding security events Monitor and improve security practices for network, systems, applications, and operations management Oversee vendor relationships and support security tooling implementation and audits Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a computer-related or information security field, or 6-12 years equivalent work experience Preferred Information Security certifications (e.g., CISSP) and/or AWS certifications Strong understanding of computer and information security topics, including networking and vulnerability management Ability to work effectively in varied computing environments, including AWS Solid understanding of Identity Access Management concepts and coding/scripting in multiple languages
