A company is looking for an AI Adoption Lead - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee non-technical aspects of the AI adoption lifecycle to ensure measurable business value

Design and deliver training programs and resources to enhance AI literacy across the organization

Collaborate with business units to analyze workflows and identify automation opportunities

Qualifications

3+ years of experience with AI / ML technologies, especially generative AI models

Proven experience in prompt engineering and optimizing AI outputs

Experience in developing and delivering technical training programs

Demonstrated success in driving AI adoption or automation initiatives

Experience in managing change management projects and stakeholder engagement
