Key Responsibilities

Define and own the firm's IT and security strategy, ensuring alignment with growth and compliance needs

Lead the IT support team and design a scalable corporate IT infrastructure

Manage incident response processes and identify operational and security risks

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

8+ years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or security leadership

Experience building or leading IT and security functions in growing organizations

Strong expertise in identity and access management and endpoint security

Experience in regulated or security-sensitive environments

Ability to lead both strategically and hands-on when necessary
