A company is looking for an Artificial Intelligence Engineering, Director.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the engineering team by hiring, mentoring, and establishing a culture of craftsmanship and accountability

Define and own the architecture for AI solutions, ensuring security and observability

Collaborate with cross-organizational teams for the safe and scalable rollout of AI products

Required Qualifications

BS in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field

7+ years of experience in software engineering

3+ years of experience leading AI / ML production teams

Deep expertise in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) and APIs / microservices

Track record of building platforms with reusable components and strong observability
