Build and improve incident handling and problem management processes

Required Qualifications

At least one year of experience in IT support or process optimization

Knowledge of ITSM and ITIL principles (certificate not required)

Experience with ITSM systems

Knowledge of SQL and API principles

B1 or higher English level for effective communication
