Customer Support Consultant

A company is looking for a Customer Support Consultant (U.S. Remote - Occasional Office Visits Required).

Key Responsibilities

Provide implementation and integration support including requirements analysis, system configuration, and post-implementation support

Deliver high-quality advisory and support services to government contractors to ensure successful operation of the product suite

Interact with senior client leadership to define project goals and manage issues and risks

Required Qualifications

Professional experience in consulting or training, preferably with a top consulting firm

Experience in government contractor functions such as proposal management, contract management, or procurement is preferable

BA or BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Must be a U.S. citizen and may require a security clearance
