Customer Support Technician

Key Responsibilities
Answer real-time customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding software applications
Triage and troubleshoot customer problems to understand and document issues
Provide effective customer service while escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate support level
Required Qualifications
1+ years of customer service experience
Experience working with technology and Microsoft applications
Ability to multitask and organize workload effectively
Experience in a real-time customer support center, preferably in B2B services or technology
Understanding of web applications using supported browsers
